VOR promotes the "Self-Literacy" of youth via art education.

Merging artistic expression with every day topics which impact the emotional, mental, physical and educational disposition of youth, allots a positive and constructive outlet thats leads to self-understanding.

VOR offers a human service to assist children in acknowledging their authentic selves while learning to have compassion towards their facets that deem them different. This compassion that affirms both similarities and differences not only of themselves but others as well. Children need a healthy understanding of their strengths and an opportunity to transform skills, beliefs and ideas of inadequacy to healthy assets that can be applied in their daily lives.
